(1) Are you able to provide custom logo/label print and custom packaging?

---> Yes we provide custom logo, label, print, packaging, etc. As a full process manufacturer, we weave, dye, and print fabrics then cut and sew garments by ourselves. 

(2) What is your MOQ and can we get a sample before we place the bulk order?

---> The MOQ depends on the style, color, print, and design details. We would like to give you a detailed response once get your design.

(3) How can I work with you more effectively?

---> If you can provide original samples or tech packs, we can make samples for you and then quote according to our samples. After you confirm all the sample details, we can proceed to the production process  

(4) Have you sold to US customers in the past? What markets do you specialize in?

---> Our export destination countries: 50% of the United States, 30% of Australia, and Europe, we focus on developing customers in South America and the Middle East right now.

(5) Are you able to produce items from GOTS certified fabric?

---> Yes all our products are GOTS and Oeko-tex compliant. Our main fabric is Organic cotton, Bamboo, Hemp, Linen, Modal, Tencel, and so on. For baby products, customers use organic cotton and bamboo the most. 

(6) What is your lead time?

---> Samples lead time around 4-10days. Bulk order lead time around 40-60days.
